1. On site shredding : 

Compost UK has the capability of shredding various green waste stream at your site.

Utilising the Jenz AZ660 Shredder we have the equipment to shred the most durable organic material such as logs.

2. Full turnkey composting :
Compost UK can provide a full turnkey solution from waste to compost, with stringient tests along the way to ensure that the compost which is produced meets the PAS100 quality assurance levels.

Compost UK can provide various shredding and screening equipment for hire.

3. Supply of willow to local power generation plant.

Compost UK grow willow for the Teesside Green Power station. Willow is a very fast growing plant which remove large quantities of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. This helps reduce dangerous greenhouse gases.

The added bonus of growing willow is that it provides a wonderful natural habitat for local wildlife. Various areas of the site are designated rough areas providing cover for all kinds of birds and mammals.
 
4. Biodegradable liquid wastes

Compost UK also process biodegradable liquid waste such as potatoe sludge and cattle slurry.

6. Horse Manure Composting

One of our most unique services is the ability to take horse manure nation wide and compost it at local farms and composting centres nationwide.

How does this work in practice,
  1. A horse owner contact Compost UK with it location and waste tonnage.
  2. Compost UK sources a local farm to take the manure.
  3. The manure is picked up and transported to the local farm.
